The company "Alumina" from Zvornik won the first place in the category of the most successful large companies in the Republic of Srpska last year, as part of the event organized by the RS Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Banja Luka.
Recognition in this category was also won by the company "Mlijekoprodukt" from Kozarska Dubica and the company "Sim tehnik" from Kotor Varoš, and the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović presented them with the awards.
As part of the event "Selection of the most successful in the economy of the Republika Srpska for 2018", in the category of medium-sized enterprises, the most successful are "Vendom" from Laktaš, "Raševići" from Bijeljina and "Telegrup" from Banjaluka, to which the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković presented the awards.
The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Srpska Borko Đurić presented the awards in the category of small companies, and the winners were "Farmavit" from Ljubinje, "King" from Doboj, "Vladrag" from Pala, "Kromeks" from Prijedor and "Tanasić" from Bijeljina.

Companies that had a significant investment and contributed to employment are "Dermal R" from Kotor Varoš, "Kolektor CCL" from Laktaš and "Boksit" from Milići, and the Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska Vjekoslav Petričević presented them with awards.
The Minister of Science and Technology Development, Higher Education and Information Society of the Republic of Srpska, Srđan Rajčević, presented awards for contribution to the development of corporate social responsibility last year to "M:tel" from Banjaluka, "Miri" from Prijedor and "Pađeni" Dairy from Bileća.
In the category for contribution to the development of female entrepreneurship, the director of the company "Mikropek" from Banjaluka Željka Krkoška, the director of the company "RS Silikon" from Mrkonjić Grad Jelena Kuridža, and the director of the company "Sim prom" from Derventa LJiljana Subotić were awarded, and the awards were presented by a member of the professional Commission Jasmin Komić.
A special recognition for exports achieved last year was awarded to the company EFT Rudnik and thermal power station "Stanari", and for the contribution to the development of tourism went to the Olympic Center "Jahorina".
For opening small lines and connecting Republic of Srpska with important European destinations, special recognition was awarded to "Airports of Republika Srpska".
A special recognition for the internationalization of business entities from Republic of Srpska was awarded to "Elnos Group" from Banjaluka, and for contribution to the economic development of extremely underdeveloped municipalities to the company "Termal int" from Lopare.
Special awards were presented by the Minister for Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska Srebrenka Golić.
